Appleby’s Cheshire

A Beautiful Cheshire cheese made by Appleby’s Dairy in Shropshire.

The coloured Cheshire is timeless, it is traditional British Cheshire full of delicious, grassy, piquant flavours which linger. It is crumbly and delicate. The Annatto is added making it a warm sunny colour.

The White Cheshire has a soft milky appearance turning slightly darker at the rind, full of the same delicious mouth-watering flavours.
