We work with trusted producers such as Belton Farm and the Cholmondeley Estate, grate and cut our cheese in-house, and deliver straight to your door. Grated cheese
We're proud to be one of the few wholesale cheese suppliers with our own grating facilities, and we grate fresh every week. That weekly rhythm means you receive cheese at its best, with consistent quality and freshness delivered straight to your door. Because we start with quality cheese and use no preservatives, our grated cheese melts beautifully and keeps its great taste, texture and pliability, whether it's topping a pizza, finishing a bake or filling a sandwich. We work closely with our friends at Belton Farm, who supply the mature white cheddar we grate, so we can guarantee the same high standard in every bag. Retail cheese portions
Our cheese can be supplied in a range of configurations and packaging options to suit your business. We cut and label a wide selection of cheeses into pre-pack portions, ready to go straight onto a deli counter or farm shop shelf with no extra preparation needed. We also cut cheese specifically for cheese boards and platters, and we're happy to cut to any size you require, so whether you need neat wedges for retail, generous pieces for a sharing board or something more bespoke, we'll prepare it to your specification. Other dairy and non-dairy products
Alongside our cheese, we stock a wide range of soft cheeses and dairy essentials, including cottage cheese, ricotta, mascarpone, cream cheese, crème fraîche, sour cream and pouring cream. We also supply award-winning clotted cream, custard and rice pudding from Cheshire Clotton farm. We're proud to supply Estate Dairy cultured butter, churned on the Cholmondeley Estate in the heart of the Cheshire countryside.
