The business has expanded from a small business supplying a few hotels, pubs cafes and restaurants to a position where we supply cheese and Wedding or celebration cheese towers across the UK. Our online shop which was launched in 2020, has proved to be very popular, we have gained many returning online cheese shoppers!

From the beginning our mission has been to maintain close working relationships with local cheese makers and suppliers to ensure we can offer our customers an understanding of seasonality and trends to support them in creating the perfect cheese slate, cheese board or counter produce.

We are constantly sourcing local, vegetarian and vegan cheese to expand our range. We supply in various configurations and packaging options to suit our customer requirements.
We believe that we are in a unique position when it comes to wholesale cheese supply, boasting our facility within our premises to grate and package fresh mature cheddar made by Belton Farm in Whitchurch, Shropshire and also mozzarella.
Delivered in our chilled fleet of vans, direct to our customers door, we cover Cheshire, North Wales, The Wirral, South Shropshire & North Staffordshire. We offer a 24-hour answering service and email facility. We are sure to have a van near our customers on an almost daily basis. we also ship cheese orders anywhere within the UK.
