Several new cheeses & products are coming our way in the next couple of months or so.

So, for those of you who are now considering your Christmas cheese board or just fancy having something a little different, we are very excited to be stocking their wonderful cheese, I am expecting delivery of these any time now! these include flavoured cheeses derived from a white stilton recipe, chilli and chocolate, vodka and orange, Hottie (chilli flavoured) and a blue cheese, Dovedale Blue.
In addition, we are stocking Beacon Blue from November, available in portion size (160g) or can be purchased whole as a 2.5kg round. Beacon Blue is made by Butler’s farmhouse cheese in Lancashire (Blackstick’s Blue and Stratford Blue cheese makers) Beacon Blue is a Goats cheese, the goat’s milk is collected daily at the farm to ensure the cheese is always made as fresh as possible. As a consequence of this the cheese is ordinarily a pre-order however, I have already ordered stock for delivery in November, stock will be limited though.
Delamere Dairy Tetra packs milk cartons... ideal for school lunch boxes they contain less than 5% sugar and are school compliant, can be stored at room temperature in a cupboard but better served chilled. They come in fully re-cyclable and re-closable cartons.
