It has been a very busy June, settling into our new premises here at Rose Farm and getting used to all of the novel space around us!
We are so thrilled with our new working surroundings and are very much looking forward to organising Cheese and wine tastings in what we call our ‘Wedding room’ it is however, a meeting room for us to meet Bride and Groom to arrange their wedding cheese tower for their forthcoming celebrations.
On 26th June, I had my first appointment at our new premises with a Bride and her Sister Maid of honour; tasting of cheese and a glass of Prosecco as we discussed cheese tower options.
To be able to offer this exclusive service is fantastic as it supports our mission to offer quality and exceptional customer service.
There are still a few features to think about such as, photographs on walls etc however, we will achieve this as we go along. We are loving our new space and the view from the office definitely helps the working week!
New Product … We have a new product called Huntsman; it is a creamy Double Gloucester with 3 layers of tangy Blue Stilton made by Long Clawson. (Same cheese maker who makes our regular blue stilton) This cheese will make a perfect centrepiece for a cheese board and is delicious with strong Ale!
It is £13.15 per kg. We are offering this at a special price of £11.70 per kg until the end of the month!
If anyone is interested in the Huntsman as pre-pack portions either for fridge cabinet or for cheese boards, let me know when I call or speak to you next week.

they are dated 6th July however, as we all know they will just mature and be more flavoursome. £2.00 each usually £3.15 each. Let us know as soon as you are able if you are interested. We will deliver them too!!
