Fancy Sprucing up those fridge cabinets and including something a little different?? Why not try Peakland White?? It is made at the Hartington Creamery, just up the road from Dovedale in the Peak District, Derbyshire.
The cheese is cut and wrapped by the creamery in wax paper and comes in 160g. This is a young cheese, matured for only 2 weeks, which makes it have a fresh taste and high in lactose. It is a mild cheese, creamy and crumbly with a slight salty taste, similar to white Cheshire cheese.
It is great in salads instead of using feta or wrap the cheese in foil with herbs and some olive oil and bake, it is divine!!!!

Appleby’s Cheshire cheese is by far not a new product however, we are now cutting the white and Coloured Appleby Cheshire, the pre-pack portions come in around 160g or it can be purchased as a 1kg or 2kg piece. Priced at £18.15 per kg, the portions work out at around £2.90 each, they are well worth a try...

All you have to do is open, and bake… oh and of course - pour the wine!!
Priced at £25.00 each, they are well worth it, two pieces of heart shaped chocolates from the chocolate shop in Tarporley are also included, for a sweet treat to finish!!
