Locally produced Cheshire butter which is churned on the Cholmondeley Estate. The butter is produced with rich double cream and is in our opinion the richest butter we have ever tasted…

The butter is churned on a Roversi Butter churn and a bespoke Lactobacillus culture is used which yields the rich flavoured cultured butter. The cream is aged over 60 hours and then churned, salted and flavoured. The culturing process happens over a 4-day period and is shaped into logs and wrapped by hand.

Also available in 10g or 20g discs ideal for parties and functions or cafes.
