At The Good Cheese Company, we pride ourselves as being one of the only cheese wholesalers to grate fresh blocks of mozzarella each week, we do not add any preservatives such as potato starch to the cheese as this makes the cheese rigid and impedes the melting quality. Our mozzarella is pliable, it has amazing melt properties and is perfect for a mouth-watering pizza!!

Available to buy in 200g up to 2.3kg blocks, 250g or 2kg grated bags. Priced at £6.95 per kg.
